Gavin Lewis - Chief Executive Officer

Gavin joined the Institute in 2013 as Chief Executive Officer and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing an association. He has worked the last 13 years in the not-for-profit industry and before that he worked in the finance sector for a tertiary institution. He brings together his education in finance and business administration and extensive management experience for this role.

Outside of work, Gavin is a self confessed sporting tragic. And when not playing sport, he is following all the exploits in the Sporting World.
 
 



Andrew Dunkin - Program Development Manager

As the Program Development Manager, Andrew is responsible for the planning and development of the Institutes Thought Leadership Program including all events, training and seminars.

Andrew's first career in hotel management taught him the skill of engaging people to achieve business objectives. A subsequent period working for the government of Western Australia provided insight into the processes and issues facing the public sector.

When not working Andrew pursues his love of sailing and spending time with his young family.

Nadia Khalaf - Events Coordinator
(Currently on leave)

Originally from Spain, Nadia joins us as the Events Coordinator after four year as the Marketing and Events Coordinator at Jaume Univeristy (Spain). She has a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertisement and Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication Management.

Nadia has only lived in Perth for a short while but loves to travel and has worked and studied  in London, Rome and Curitiba (Brazil).

Amy Bouckley - Organisational Development and Corporate Member Relations Manager (Mon, Tues & Fri)

Amy returns to IPAA WA after two years on maternity leave and we welcome her back part-time as Training & Business Development Coordinator. Before joining IPAA WA in 2010 Amy worked in the WA state public sector, a not-for-profit in Belgium and the WA private sector. 

Amy is balancing work with running around with a toddler and cycling by the beach.

Yohan Fernando - Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Yohan volunteered his time at IPAA WA in 2013 as part of a three month Marketing internship and assisted in providing marketing support during the IPAA 2014 International Conference.

He has a Bachelor of Business Commerce degree specialising in Marketing, with minors in Accounting and Finance, and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting.

Ekaterina Tenerova - Finance Officer

Kat has joined us as the Finance Officer and originally from Russia, has now called Perth home. She has a Bachelor of Linguistics and Economics, a Diploma in Music (Performing, Theory and Composition) and a Master of Economics (Finance and Credit).

Kat's favourite thing about living in Perth is the warm weather, which is great for cycling.
