The IPAA WA Young Professional (YP) Advisory Committee hosted young professionals (aged 35 and under) from across the sector to at a special presentation from Chief of Staff, Lorissa Kelly.

The aim of this event was to inspire and encourage young professionals in the public sector to take an interest in the political environment in which they work.

Lorissa Kelly

Chief of Staff to the Western Australian Minister for Planning; Culture and the Arts; Leader of the House

Lorissa Kelly is currently Chief of Staff to the Western Australian Minister for Planning; Culture and the Arts; Leader of the House.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Policy Science and Public Relations) with First Class Honours from Curtin University, Western Australia.

Lorissa has a thorough understanding of the WA public sector from her previous roles at the Public Sector Commission and Department of Industry & Resources. She has a mix of experience in the private and higher education sectors, including as a Lecturer at Curtin Business School, Western Australia.
