Personal Membership
Individuals who become Personal Members of the Institute are champions, ambassadors and leaders in the public sector. Being a Personal member demonstrates a commitment to the work of your professional association.
Personal members have the right to use the post nominal MIPPA (Member of the Institute of Public Administration Australia), are invited to member-only events and stand and vote in our elections and more generally, become involved in the work and governance of your professional association. IPAA National Fellows – distinguished members who have been honoured by the Institute for their major contribution to the public sector are generally selected from longstanding personal members.

Membership fees are tax deductible. Our membership year follows the financial year cycle from 1 July to 30 June, and you may join at anytime.
