Overview
Change is an ongoing process that allows us to move from one place to another in some way (location, thinking, emotional state, skill levels etc.). It is easier to be motivated to change when it is self-directed as the rationale for change is clearer and often more relevant. Our challenge in dealing with change is more likely to come when change is imposed on us, for example during periods of workplace change. This half-day course is aimed at people that are experiencing change in the workplace. It is designed to assist the participant in understanding their responses to change and how they can develop strategies to become more resilient in the face of change.
This is an interactive workshop that has been developed to assist participants in identifying their perception of change and managing their responses. It is intended that participants will be able to make more informed decisions about the impact of change in their lives and have greater control over their responses to that change.
